The meeting was called
to order by Dee @ 6:00pm., followed by the serenity prayer. The
minutes were approved.

Big Book Study, Foxhall, Milan, , West End, Northwest, Primary
Purpose.
Treasurer’s
Report: Income for the month was $2649.91. Contributions totaled
$883.69; sales were $1761.10; Events $0.00 Bank Dividends $ 5.12. The
breakdown of actual expenses and purchases for the month is as
follows: General Expenses $1515.16: Event expenses $3187.05 and
literature purchases $ 1061.57. The balance in the general account
and savings accounts as of May 31,2007 is $8564.14. Of this balance
liabilities total $1597.62 and $2000.00 is budgeted for June
expenses. This leaves a remaining balance of $6564.14.
Office Managers
Report: Call counts
for May were 11 12-step, 205 information, 2 Alanon/Alateen, and 76
visitors.Thanks to the following volunteers who filled in during my
vacation: Ben D., Chris C., Gaylord A., Gail S., Bob F., Terresa T.,
Vicki V., Lynn G., Dawn M., and John G. We did not have to close the
office any time thanks to their dedication.We sometimes need
volunteers to work Thursday and Friday mornings from 9-12:30 at the
office. If you know someone needing service work, there are plenty
of windows to wash at the office. Please call me if you can help.
Please continue turning in AA birthdays for the newsletter.
Events: Location
and date have been set for next years event. It will be at the Moline
American Legion on May 3, 2008. Committees have been formed for the
softball and golf tournaments to look for dates. Anyone wishing to
get on a committee please contact Erica
Newsletter: all
is going well.
Telephone Chair
: Wes J has been helping me this month and I appreciate it. Wes and I
have been alternating weeks and it has worked out well. We have
replaced the 4th Tuesday of the month with a new volunteer
and we have the 2nd Thursday and the 5th
Tuesday available pending further discussion..

Unfinished Business:
- Telephone position
has been filled by Wes J. Dee thanked Cissi for filling the position
until we had a permanent replacement.
New Business:
NONE
Group Reports:
Primary Purpose Group has changed their meeting time to 8pm beginning
July 2, 2007. West End Groups picnic is August 12. Foxhall
anniversary is June 6 and the picnis is September 8. Milan picnic is
August 12.
