Office Manager’s Report – Things are going well here at the office. I was sad to lose a great volunteer, Fred W., and want to thank him for all his help. I have some new volunteers lined up but we always need more, as I hate to close the office when I can't get one, but that has been necessary a few times. Thanks to Mike P. for putting in the air conditioner!
Please remember to notify the office by the 15th of the preceding month of any birthdays or special events that you want included in the newsletter, and let me know of any changes. Thanks! In love and service, Lisa W., Office Manager

Telephone – We still need a telephone chair. Gail S. and Terri B. have volunteered to transfer the phones on the weekends until we get one. Please announce this at your groups, as it is a vital part of our service.

Events: -Event chair absent (excused). She is working on a date for the golf tournament. She is also working on the softball tournament and is hoping to start looking for a speaker for the anniversary event in August.

Newsletter: - Thanks to Scott W. who folded and mailed the newsletter for me this month and who has volunteered to be our newsletter chair. Terri made a motion and Herman 2nd to vote in Scott W. for Newsletter chair.  Thank You Scott!
