Treasurer’s Report: Income for the month was $2408.34. Contributions totaled $723.47; sales were $1678.35; Events $0.00 Bank Dividends $6.52. The breakdown of actual expenses and purchases for the month is as follows: General Expenses $1817.08: Event expenses $0.00 and literature purchases $ 1069.55. The balance in the general account and savings accounts as of June 29, 07 is $9508.26. Of this balance liabilities total $1884.87 and $2600.00 is budgeted for July expenses. This leaves a remaining balance of $6908.26.
Office Managers Report: Call counts for June were 10 12-step, 181 information, 1 Alanon/Alateen, and 65 visitors. The new schedules were printed at a different place other than Office Max. They were less expensive and were delivered to the office; however, there are some issues to be worked out such as turnaround time. We sometimes need volunteers to work Thursday and Friday mornings from 9-12:30 at the office. A volunteer is needed for the afternoons of July 12, 13, and 16. If you know someone needing service work, there are plenty of windows to wash at the office. Please call me if you can help. Please continue turning in AA birthdays for the newsletter.
Events: Golf outing is scheduled for July 22, 2007 @Duck Creek Golf Club. Call Pat S. to register or contact the office. $45/person, 50/50 raffle and prizes. Fun for all REMEMBER participation is the key to Harmony. Softball date is pending check your newsletter for a flyer. Bill B would like to be on the softball committee.
Newsletter: all is going well.
Telephone Chair : Last month was Cissi’s last month to help with the phones. I am looking for someone to assist with the telephone duties. There is a time slot open on the rotation for the 4th Friday of the month. Please contact Wes if you can help out.

1. Terry W would like to make a recommendation for Intergroup to do a yearly budget.
Group Reports: Primary Purpose Group has changed their meeting time to 8pm beginning July 2, 2007. West End Groups picnic is August 12. Foxhall picnic is September 8. Milan picnic is August 12. Marquette the 9am meetings have been cancelled. House Group has been painted. Bettendorf picnic September 9 @ Middle Park. A committee was formed to address some issues to help continuity in all of their meetings and recommendations were made. They will be getting a new sign for the front door. They also have had discussion regarding additional lighting around the group for security.
