Office Manager’s Report: Things are going well at the office.  I would like to thank the Cabin Fever Speaker Banquet, which was comprised of Geneseo Group, Henry County Group, the Galesburg Primary Purpose Group, and the Maple City AFG for their generous contribution of $200.  We rely on donations to keep our doors open so we are very grateful.

Intergroup reps need to turn in their event tickets and money tonight.  If you didn't bring them tonight, please get them in to the office this week, as the events chair will need a final count for the Legion. Thank you.

Please take one of the group registration/update forms from the desk tonight and fill it out and return to the office so we can update our records.  Thanks!

With spring here, there are chores to do around the yard and office, so if anyone needs to do some service work, please consider helping out at Intergroup.  We can always use backup volunteers to man the office as well. Thank you. In love and service, Lisa W.

Telephone Chair Report: Thank you for selecting me as Chairperson for this position.  I have asked Gail S. to act as my Co-Chair and she has accepted.  We have had one opening on the first Thursday of the month, which was recently filled by Tracy W.  Now we are in good shape on the phone rotation list.  Thank to Weezie S. for helping to clean the back-up list.  We currently have 9 volunteers and if any groups have members that would like to volunteer for phone rotation, please contact us and we will add them to the list.  I with to thank Terry B, Lisa W, and Gail S for their help while I was in the hospital in February.  In love and service, Robert S.

Events Chair: I am getting excited for April 16th.  I have everything in order for the event.  A reminder to bring raffle items to the event.  If anyone wants to volunteer for decorations or raffle table, please contact me.  I am asking for a check for the hostess gift.

Newsletter Chair: I have been reading newsletters from other location and doing research. I am hoping to add more of a “news” flare to our newsletter to help generate more interest and increase subscriptions.  I am really excited about this potion and appreciate the opportunity to serve. Michelle
