Changes to Minutes: August minutes, “Bruce signed check – should be Butch signed check.”

September minutes, Sam and Nancy (for one night). Approved with corrections.

Concept Presentation: Noel gave the Concept 10 presentation. Bruce volunteered to do the Concept 11 presentation at the November meeting in Geneseo on Nov. 6.

District 90 Elections: Prior to voting on each position, a brief explanation was given regarding the chair position responsibilities. Earlene referred to the 3^rd Legacy Procedure that is listed in the AA Service Manual to show how the 2/3 majority works in the event of a tie. The officers that were elected for 2008 – 2010 are as follows: Tammy D., DCM, Kathy M., Alt. DCM, Terry W., Treasurer, Butch W., Secretary, Literature (no decision yet), Grapevine (no decision yet), Sam, Public Information, Bruce M., Treatment, Corrections (no decision yet) and Special Needs (open position). Allen, Nancy and Noel will give their decisions at the November meeting. Butch agreed to be backup and help P.I. Chair get oriented. Tammy D. knows of someone to possibly take Corrections Chair.

Roster for 2008 – 2010: Tammy passed around a signup sheet to send to the General Service Office with new members’ name, address, phone, email and position on it. GSO will send books and newsletters to the chairpersons.

Grapevine Dance – Nancy reported that the Grapevine meeting on 9/16 went good. They planned and finalized most of dance events. The committee looks forward to being of service facilitating this dance. They voted to send any donation profit to New York Grapevine, District 90 Correction Fund and District 90 Grapevine Fund. Nancy is still looking for a laptop. Earlene and Butch will deliver 12 cases of pop to the Colona American Legion at 10:00 a.m. It was recommended to purchase pop from Fairway. The have the best price on it. Noel will check with Geneseo and hopes to bring the sobriety chips. District 90 will reimburse expense of the chips. The speaker will be Chuck Y. Flyers were handed out and everyone was asked to distribute them to the different groups.

Treasurer’s Report – Butch noticed an error on the September statement. The amount was corrected on the report and the new statement total showing $2,156.66 is correct.

East Central Regional Forum – The group voted unanimously to cover the expense of rooms for the following individuals: Terry, Bruce, Sam, Nancy, Earlene, Butch, Andrea and Kathy. The cost may exceed the amount in the forum fund. If so, the money will be taken from the general fund. Earlene will ask the district to pay for her hotel expense. The forum is free. The individuals who are attending and will be reimbursed by Butch at the next meeting will reserve the rooms in advance.
